Jesús is the Georgia State Director for Mi Familia Vota. Born in Spain to a Colombian mother and Portuguese father, Jesús moved to the United States at the age of 8 years old and to the state of Georgia at the age of 10, where he has lived ever since.
Jesús began his political involvement as a student organizer at Kennesaw State University, followed by back-to-back internships in the U.S House of Representatives at the district and D.C-legislative level. Shortly after, he would participate as a campaign staffer in two separate campaigns in the 2020 U.S Presidential election and the GA U.S Senate Runoffs. His most recent occupation was as an associate consultant for the 100% Latino owned and operated political consulting firm, Solidarity Strategies.
When not busy organizing and strategizing, Jesús enjoys travel and furthering his knowledge in world history. His goal is to travel all of the Latin American countries and territories, so far, he has been able to visit Panama, Mexico, Colombia, Perú and the territory of Puerto Rico.
